Three ways in. One plan behind them.

Every engagement starts with the free diagnostic and a confidential conversation. From there: a plan, the capital to fund it, and the follow-through to carry it out. One advisor and one Fee Letter.

The Strategic Growth Plan

Grants and government programsThe programs and grants the business may qualify for, sequenced against the plan, with specialist partners on the applications.

Fees & engagement terms

Transparent by design.

Before any engagement begins, the client receives a Fee Letter: a single document listing every fee Legatis expects to earn on the file, including any amount payable by a lender or partner as a result of the client's mandate. Fees not set out in the Fee Letter are not accepted. Third-party costs (legal, accounting, valuation, lender fees) are contracted and paid directly by the client to those providers.
